Not sure that I've really given up smoking. I just couldn't be bothered to go out and buy some cigarettes this morning so I put a nicotine patch on.
The only problem is that I now have about a billion kilowatt hours of nervous energy coursing around my system. Someone plug me into the national grid!

However in order to stay within Google's quality guidelines, paid links should be disclosed through no follow link.

How did you do with the no smoking? This is how I stopped. Ran out of cigarettes and put on a patch, That was almost 20 years ago and I am still a non-smoker. With one slip up in Italy that involved lots of red wine.....
